Your 3 fixes: summitplumbing.com
Hi Mike, I went through summitplumbing.com, your Google listing, and the two plumbers who show up above you in town. Here's what I'd fix first. 1. Your phone number isn't tappable on mobile. It's part of an image, so a phone can't dial it. Most of your visitors are on their phones. That's calls you never hear about. Fix: put the number in as text and make it a tap-to-call link. Quick fix. 2. Your Google profile still shows last year's hours. You close at 5 on Saturdays now. Google says 3. People see you as closed and call the next plumber on the list. Fix: update the hours, and add holiday hours while you're in there. Quick fix. 3. Your contact form goes to an inbox nobody checks. I sent a test message on Tuesday. It went to an old info@ address that forwards nowhere. Every lead who fills that form out is waiting on an answer that isn't coming. Fix: point the form at the inbox you actually read, and add an auto-reply so people know it landed. Bigger fix, because we'll want to test it end to end. You can fix all three yourself. If you'd rather we handle them, reply to this email and I'll send you a link. Nathan 1015 Brands
