Operations & systems for small businesses

If your business stops when you take a day off, that’s the problem.

You don't have a delegation problem. You have a nothing-is-written-down problem. We map how your business runs, fix what breaks, and build the systems that let it run without you in every step.

Meet the operator who builds it with you, and stays.

Sound familiar?

Each of these costs you hours a week you don't get back.

  1. 01

Every question ends up on your phone.

Your team can't move without checking with you.

  2. 02

The how-to lives in your head.

Nothing is written down, so nobody can do it your way.

  3. 03

You hired help and still do the work.

Training takes longer than doing it, so you do it.

  4. 04

Six tools, and none of them talk.

You copy the same info between apps every day.

Same business. Different week.

The goal is simple: fewer things that need you.

What you keep

What you walk away with.

Not a binder of advice. Working pieces your team can use the day we hand them over.

4 things you keep

Built to run without you. Simple enough that your team actually uses it.

Every engagement leaves the work written down, owned, connected, and measured. It stays yours whether or not we do.

Outcome: fewer things that need you.

  1. 01Written downYour core processes mapped, SOPs your team will use, and a playbook for new hires.
  2. 02Clear ownersWho does what, who decides what, and what still gets escalated to you.
  3. 03Tools that talkA tool stack audit, automations between your apps, and fewer copy-and-paste jobs.
  4. 04Numbers you watchA short scorecard, reviewed on a rhythm, so you hear early when something slips.
  • Yours to keep
  • Written for your team
  • Reviewed on a rhythm

Most consultants hand you a binder. We build it.

Is this right for you?

A great fit

  • You have customers and a team, even a small one
  • You're the bottleneck and you know it
  • You want systems built, not just recommended
  • You're ready to let go of some control

Not the right fit

  • Nobody is calling yet
  • You need systems that store patient health information (PHI)
  • You want someone to run the business for you
  • You're not willing to change how things work

Questions, answered.

How is this priced?
Every service shows where its price starts. The Systems Audit is $1,499, Systems Build starts at $1,499 a month, AI Kickstart at $749, and Growth Advisor at $1,499 a month. You get the exact price in writing before anything starts.
I'm a one-person business. Is this for me?
Yes. Get Automated is built for solo owners and small teams: the right tools set up, AI workflows, and follow-ups that send themselves.
Do you just write SOPs, or do you build things?
Both. We design the system, write it down, and build the automations and tools that run it.
How long does it take?
The Systems Audit takes about 30 days. A Systems Build runs for a set minimum of 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on the size of the business. Growth Advisor is month to month.
Can you help with a small one-off job?
Yes. Setting up an email account, fixing a form, connecting two tools: that's Help Hours, $125 an hour with a 1-hour minimum, then 15-minute steps.
We're a healthcare practice. Can you help?
With how the practice runs, yes. But we don't build software that stores or handles protected health information (PHI): no patient portals, no health intake forms, no medical records.
Do I need to fix my marketing first?
If nobody's calling, probably. Systems won't help if there's nothing to run.
