- What does done with you mean?
- We plan it and coach you. Your team does the work. We write the strategy and the step-by-step instructions, check your numbers every month, and tell your team what to do next.
- Which services can we run this way?
- Google Maps & Reviews, Ads on Google, or Facebook and Instagram, Content & Search, and Email or Text Messages. Websites, custom builds, Brand Kit, Search Setup and Care, Systems, Growth Advisor, AI services, and the Launch Plan aren't offered this way. Your team can't run them, or they're already advice.
- Do you need our passwords?
- No. We ask for view-only access so we can see the numbers. We never log in to change things. Your team makes every change, and the accounts stay in your name.
- Will it work as well as done for you?
- It can, if your team does the work. Results depend on them putting in the hours, and our agreement says so. If the scorecard shows it isn't getting done, we'll tell you straight.
- What if we need more of your time?
- Extra time is billed as Help Hours, $125 an hour. If that happens every month, Coaching Growth or done for you is usually the better deal.
- Can we switch to done for you later?
- Yes, whenever you want. Switch within 90 days and the Playbook is credited.
- What does it cost?
- A Playbook is $499 once for up to two services and one location, or $999 for three or more services or several locations. Coaching starts at $249 a month for 2 hours. Coaching Growth is $499 a month for 4 hours, a call every two weeks, and a review of your team's work before it goes live. You get the exact price in writing before anything starts.
